Why your papers are bulletproof on ScholarMark.

Legacy tools and “AI wrappers” often route manuscripts through third-party APIs — turning years of research into someone else's training signal. ScholarMark is built the opposite way: zero-trust, self-hosted, and provably contained.

Before you explore the product, read this once

Every serious user should understand our infrastructure. Traditional platforms — and many modern products bolted onto generic LLMs — send unpublished manuscripts to third-party APIs (for example OpenAI or Anthropic). In those flows, a researcher's life's work can become training data for external corporations, with limited visibility and weak guarantees.

ScholarMark is fundamentally different

We operate a true zero-trust architecture. Privacy isn't a marketing line — it's enforced by where code runs and what is allowed to leave the boundary.

Our AI Integrity Layer runs exclusively on isolated, self-hosted servers. Your research data stays inside our ecosystem: no external inference APIs, no third-party scraping, and no hand-off of full manuscripts to commodity model providers for analysis.

When a paper is uploaded, it is examined in an encrypted, sandboxed environment, then registered in a tamper-proof record where that fits your workflow — so integrity claims rest on localized infrastructure and verifiable proofs, not blind trust.

We don't only promise privacy — we guarantee the boundary in architecture: self-hosted execution, explicit egress controls, and integrity you can trace.

What that means in practice

Isolated, self-hosted stack

Our AI Integrity Layer runs only on our own servers — never on a vendor's shared inference mesh.

No external model APIs

We do not ship your unpublished work to OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar endpoints. Nothing leaves our ecosystem for ad-hoc cloud inference.

Encrypted, sandboxed analysis

Each upload is processed inside a hardened, sandboxed environment so checks stay contained and auditable.

Mathematical tamper-proof record

Integrity outcomes can be registered in a tamper-proof record — proof tied to infrastructure you can reason about, not a black-box promise.
