- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to all features until the billing period ends.
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

- All paid plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
- AI credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
- Seal minting and blockchain gas fees are non-refundable once submitted.
- Reviewer payouts that have already been disbursed cannot be reversed.
- Institutional custom plans are subject to the terms in your service agreement.
