Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your account settings or by contacting partners@decentrasec.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current monthly or annual billing cycle.
- You retain full active access to all features and credits until the current billing cycle expires.
- No auto-renewal fees will be charged to your card after cancellation has been submitted.

Return Policy for Digital Products
- Because ScholarMark delivers intangible, digital academic integrity software, physical returns do not apply.
- Upon processing an approved refund, remaining unused digital credits and active subscription features are revoked from the account.
- Previously generated cryptographic timestamps and immutable public hashes cannot be erased from decentralized registries.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- AI credits that have already been consumed for completed paper audits are non-refundable.
- Blockchain gas fees incurred for on-chain integrity seals are non-refundable once committed.
- Peer reviewer stipends that have been formally accepted and disbursed cannot be reversed.
- Custom institutional SLA contracts are governed by specific mutual service agreement clauses.
