- By using our service, you grant ScholarMark a limited license to process and review your content for the purpose of providing our services.
- ScholarMark does not claim any ownership rights over your research.
- Our platform, branding, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws.
Data & Privacy
- We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your research content is never used for AI model training or sold to third parties.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
- Data retention and deletion follow the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
- ScholarMark is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
- Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
- Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and data survive termination.
- We will provide a copy of your data upon request within 30 days of termination.
